Upon completion of the evaluation
The verification code is given upon completion of the evaluation. This code will populate on your screen in large red letters after the last question.
Evaluation Instructions
Please click the "Continue" button at the bottom of this page to begin the evaluation.
- Proceed through the evaluation by clicking the red "Proceed With Evaluation" button at the end of each question block.
- Upon completion, a submission verification code will populate on your screen. Please make note of the code to complete the submission verification - YOU WILL NEED TO ENTER THIS IN THE NEXT STEP (SUBMISSION VERIFICATION).
- Click the blue "Continue" button at the bottom of the page to move to the next lesson
- Paste the submission verification code and select confirm
- Your certificate will populate and be available for download via your account settings.
