What happens if I have two accounts?

We can merge them under certain circumstances.

If you are seeking to have your two accounts merged into one, we can do that provided you have not yet started or completed any trainings within that account as they are not transferable.  Please reach out to us and we can complete that for you. 

If you have an account using a personal email and an account using a work email and you do qualify for an account transfer, we typically recommend using the account attached to your personal email so that you don't have to update your email address if you were to switch employers, etc. That said, if your employer were to purchase trainings for you and submit your work email for enrollment, you'd want to address that with them or reach out to us prior to beginning the training so we can make the adjustment for you.
