In your account settings, only available once your program is 100% complete
To receive your on-demand program certificate your course completion needs to be 100%. This is achieved by clicking the blue "COMPLETE & CONTINUE" button at the bottom of each lesson.
Once a certificate is issued, it will be available within your account settings. This means you can view and download certificates even if course access has expired.
Access Steps:
- Login to concept.paloaltou.edu
- Click the account menu on the top right
- Select My Account
- Select Certificates on the left menu
- Click View on the desired certificate
